Job Description

ResourceMFG is now hiring Production Workers for a very large company in Sharron Center! All shifts available!
Job Duties:
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair survival-technology products (e.g., life rafts, protective systems, inflatable equipment, aerospace/defense survival gear). Perform assembly, testing, and certification tasks following Survitec/Beaufort technical procedures and safety standards. Identify root-cause issues and develop practical, efficient solutions to restore product performance. Support new product setups, process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. #nowhiring Experience in manufacturing, assembly, mechanical repair, or quality-controlled environments.
