We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Hot Tape Machine Operator to join a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility in Wadsworth, OH . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Responsibilities may include:

Operating hot tape and welding equipment to assemble fabric and plastic products Reading and following production instructions, drawings, and work specifications Inspecting materials and finished products for defects or faults Making adjustments as needed to maintain product quality Recording and documenting production and quality information accurately Communicating with supervisors and team members regarding production needs or issues Helping keep production moving by completing work efficiently and accurately Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work accurately Basic math, reading, and measurement skills Good communication and teamwork skills Dependable and willing to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Must meet client screening requirements, including background check, drug screen, and work authorization requirements

Wadsworth, OH (near Medina)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30

PM Pay:
