(Pay increase depends on experience and certifications) Job Overview Safe Water Swim is seeking passionate, reliable, and energetic Swim Instructors to join our growing team. We specialize in infant survival foundations, parent-and-me classes, beginner swim instruction, strokes and technique for swim team, and water safety education for children to adults, ages 6 month+ Our ideal instructor is patient, professional, confident working with children and parents, and committed to creating a safe and positive learning environment. Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for infants, toddlers, children, and adults
• Lead parent-and-me swim classes
• Ensure water safety standards are always followed
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional atmosphere
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and at home practice
• Assist with lesson setup and cleanup
• Monitor swimmer safety at all times
• Follow Safe Water Swim teaching methods and lesson structure
• Support students with varying comfort and skill levels reach their set goals Required Qualifications
• Previous swim instructor experience required
• Experience working with infants and young children strongly preferred
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in and around water for extended periods
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Experience working with special needs, individuals on the spectrum, ADHD, autism, down syndrome, speech delay, or other learning abilities is an added bonus. We can discuss a pay increase. Schedule
