Swim School Receptionist

We are looking for a very well organized individual with top notch customer service skills and telephone etiquette to work with our swim school family. Duties to include lead calling, answering phones, booking tours, data entry, reminder calls, helping to organize and run a very busy office. We are open seven days a week so there will be weekend hours. Being able to speak Spanish is a must as well as basic computer programs such as word, excel and google. There will be some work at poolside also. This is a very upbeat atmosphere teaching children to swim and applicant must have that upbeat, energetic and caring nature.
