00 per hour (DOE) Paradise Pools, Design, and Contracting, Inc. is seeking motivated and reliable Swimming Pool Builders and Construction Laborers to join our growing team. We specialize in building high-quality custom swimming pools and outdoor living spaces throughout North Idaho and Eastern Washington. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in building something from the ground up, and want to learn a skilled trade in the pool construction industry. Both experienced pool builders and entry-level laborers willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Assist with construction and installation of in-ground swimming pools Perform excavation preparation, plumbing, and structural setup Install pool equipment and components Assist with concrete work, forming, and finishing Use hand tools and construction equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized job site Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and safely Qualifications Preferred but not required: Construction or pool building experience Concrete, plumbing, or excavation experience Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and willingness to learn We are willing to train the right candidates.
