Role Description The Pool Maintenance Technician will provide comprehensive maintenance and cleaning and handle a weekly service route. This position will report to the Field Service and Service Operation Managers. This is a full-time, on-site, re-occurring, permanent, seasonal position based in East Moriches, NY. Key responsibilities include working independently, managing a weekly route or customers, pool openings and closings, electronic work orders, testing chemicals, and related tasks. The role requires a high level of mechanical skill, organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and your time efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in pool systems and cleaning tasks. Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Experience in Work order documentation, and coordination tasks. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail and job site cleanliness. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Algebra and Math skills are important. Computer and smart phone literacy required. Physical fitness is required to handle equipment requirements.
