Swimming Pool Construction Scheduler

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Swimming Pool Construction Scheduler to join our dynamic team. Your expertise in project scheduling, construction management software, and site experience will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and client to establish realistic timelines and milestones. Monitor project progress regularly, update schedules accordingly, and communicate changes effectively to ensure alignment across teams. Manage resource allocation and sequencing of tasks to optimize workflow and minimize delays on construction sites. Track contract requirements, change orders, and project documentation to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Collaborate closely with on-site teams to anticipate potential scheduling conflicts or issues and implement proactive solutions. Maintain comprehensive project records related to scheduling, contracts, and progress reports for transparency and accountability. Skills Experience is a plus, but will train for the position. Effective communication & organizational skills for liaising with diverse teams including project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients. Pay:

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
