05/15/2026 POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for recruiting, teaching, and coaching student athletes in the sport of volleyball.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Instructs players in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of volleyball. Organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities/exercises. Assesses player's skills. Monitors players during competition and practice. Determines game strategy. Supervises athletes during practices and competition.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Past play experience in volleyball. Preference given to those with coaching experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Experience in volleyball and volleyball techniques is essential.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
None
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Minimal travel may be required to and/or from sporting events within neigboring localities.
