DESCRIPTION OF CLIENT'S DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide classroom support under the direction of the lead teacher Assist students with academic tasks, assignments, and instructional activities Support students with behavioral management and social development Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment Assist with daily routines, transitions, and supervision (e.g., lunch, recess) Document student progress and communicate effectively with staff

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively with school staff Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent (associates or higher preferred)
