The System Support Engineer supports the Presbyterian SeniorCare Network Information Systems environment as part of a 24x7x365 support team. The role is responsible for updating and maintaining related technology devices, applications, and user communities within the Network. Requirements for the
Systems Support Engineer:
Two-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school AND 1 year of computer experience with customer service or desktop support OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. E xperience with Windows server and workstation operation systems . Familiarity with system monitoring. Knowledge of networking, enter prise applications, and software (email, SQL, VMware, Citrix). Working understanding of mobile device configuration, support, and management. Demonstrated p roblem s olving and roo t cause analysis skills. Must have at least one of the following certifications (2 or more are preferred): CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ Cisco
