Job Description

Minimum Clearance Required US Citizen Responsibilities I2X Technologies is a reputable technology services company to the Federal Government. Our programs support multiple Federal agencies, the Department of Defense and often focused on the space initiatives of our government customers. I2X Technologies is seeking a Systems Test Analyst to support ongoing activities for a customer in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will be on-site and will require an active Secret clearance. The System Test Team conducts the planning and analysis of all ground tests and flight tests in which the program is a participant.
Ground test types include:
pairwise tests, Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI), Integrated Ground Test (GTI), Distributed Ground Test (GTD), cyber tests, Space Domain Awareness (SDA), and pre-flight test HWIL efforts. Flight tests are conducted with pre-determined sensors and shooters. International events are comprised of various ground tests and flight tests. The System Test Analyst is responsible for conducting wide-ranging analyses of system performance during integration, ground test, flight test, and real-world events. The System Test Analyst is also responsible for: Verifying compliance with system specifications, ICDs, etc. Validating performance against test objectives in support of mission data reviews and fielding decisions Supporting development teams in troubleshooting, determining root cause, and validating fixes during system-wide discrepancy resolution process Developing, modifying, and implementing analysis tools Collaborating with other analysis groups during test- and real-world analysis efforts Coordinating with Execution Leads, Data Managers, program leadership, and Government customers Supporting the Chief Analyst Acting as backup Data Manager as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or other STEM field from an accredited college At least 9 years prior experience as a systems analyst Active Secret clearance DoD 8570 IAT Level-II certification (e.g. Sec+) must be obtained within 60 days of being hired Familiar with Linux and Windows environments One or more coding skils: Python, Java, MATLAB, etc. Bash or similar scripting experience Ability to autonomously develop analysis tools Self-starter with good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with the Government customer as well as personnel internal and external to the program Technical knowledge of Missile Defense Systems including sensors, shooters, command and control systems, and networks Experience analyzing complex, message-based systems Experience with message sets: Link-16, ATOMS, VMF, BSX, etc Development and automation of Data Management processes, scripts, and tools

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
