Quantum AI's quantum computers are operated and monitored by a fleet of "classical" computers. These classical computers are where all the software, firmware, configuration and data live. We need to support our own observability and telemetry solutions, which will be designed from scratch by adopting modern solutions and standards. This role will primarily focus on designing and building systems that will improve reliability of deployed quantum computers. The full potential of quantum computing will be unlocked with a large-scale computer capable of complex, error-corrected computations. Google Quantum AI's mission is to build this computer and unlock solutions to classically intractable problems. Our roadmap is focused on advancing the capabilities of quantum computing and enabling meaningful applications. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000

• 198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Use various configuration management tools to maintain highly reliable services. Solve problems by digging deep into Linux internals or cloud APIs. Work closely with various network, security, and software engineering teams. Manage hybrid Cloud infrastructure.
