We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Permanent Systems Operations Engineer to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of projects, leveraging their knowledge of electrical systems to design, develop, and maintain operations. As a Systems Operations Engineer, you will be a crucial part of our team, working to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and the satisfaction of our clients. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement systems operations strategies to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our systems. 2. Maintain and develop technical records, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. 3. Develop and finalize reports on system performance, identifying any areas of concern and proposing solutions. 4. Work closely with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise. 5. Continuously monitor system performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance. 6. Work in a cooperative financial structure, ensuring that all financial aspects of system operations are effectively managed. 7. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members, helping to develop their skills and knowledge. 8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in electrical engineering and systems operations, applying this knowledge to your work.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems operations or a related field. 3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and operations. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. 5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical information to a range of audiences. 6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. 8. Experience working in a cooperative financial structure is a plus. 9. Proficiency in using a range of software and systems relevant to the role. Interested in hearing more?
