Systems Reliability Engineer - SRE3

Job Description We are seeking a mid-level Systems Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in cloud operations, infrastructure reliability, and automation, along with a proven track record of delivering in production environments and the ability to contribute with minimal ramp-up time.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure and O365 ecosystems Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability; respond to incidents and outages Implement and support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and integration issues across environments Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve system performance and scalability Ensure system security, compliance, and operational best practices are followed Support on-site IT operations as needed

Salary:

$90,000-$110,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position, but is not guaranteed. Salary is based on experience, location and contractual requirements which could fall outside of the range listed. , Required Skills 2+ years of hands-on, production-level experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles Strong working knowledge of: Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 (O365) Experience with: Infrastructure monitoring and incident response Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar) CI/CD tools and DevOps workflows Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Verifiable work history with consistent tenure and performance , Desired Skills Background in software development or Computer Science Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates) Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus Prior experience in a corporate IT or consulting environment , About Tensley Consulting, Inc.
