Job Description
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Highland Park, NJ
- Part time
- $26.00 hourly rate (depending on experience)

- 24 hours per week with flexibility
- The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will coordinate the full-cycle pre-boarding process across the organization, provide administrative assistance, and maintain a database to track candidate status and information.

High school graduate or GED required, associate's degree in human resources management, or relevant field preferred. Two (2) years of experience in a Talent Acquisition position, Human Resources Assistant or similar role in human resources preferred. Experience using professional social networks, including Indeed and LinkedIn. Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skill and proven ability to communicate effectively. Exceptional time management and organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Applications and internet navigation. One (1) to two (2) years working in healthcare environments, preferably with the geriatric population. Flu vaccine required during flu season.Similar remote jobs
