Your Impact As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own how we identify, engage, and hire top talent across the business. This role is critical to our growth, with a strong expectation to build pipelines from scratch and drive a majority of hires through direct sourcing. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting across corporate, technical, and leadership roles Lead proactive sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to build high-quality pipelines from scratch Drive a majority of hires through outbound sourcing, not inbound applicants Partner closely with executives and hiring managers to define talent needs and execute targeted search strategies Manage executive-level and technical searches with strong judgment, urgency, and organization Deliver a high-touch, well-managed candidate experience from first outreach through close Act as a strong seller of the business, effectively engaging and closing passive candidates Track pipeline health, funnel metrics, and search progress with discipline and consistency Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on sourcing Background in executive search, agency recruiting, or craft sourcing strongly preferred Proven success hiring across leadership, technical, and hard-to-fill roles Deep experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build pipelines Track record of generating a significant portion of hires through direct sourcing Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Highly effective at engaging and closing passive candidates Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments is a plus Benefits Competitive salary and performance bonus (if applicable) Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan with company match Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Collaborative, high-energy workplace Our Core Values Safety
