Talent Acquisition Specialist New Haven, CT | In-Office Role |$27-35/hour DOE Mission-Driven Nonprofit Organization We're partnering with a highly respected, nationally recognized nonprofit organization that is looking to add a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to their growing team. This person will play a key role in full-cycle recruitment for corporate/network support functions, partnering closely with leadership to attract, engage, and hire high-impact talent.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer stage Conduct candidate screenings and interviews Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and candidate selection Build strong pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, Handshake, and other sourcing tools Support interview coordination, debriefs, and hiring decisions Maintain ATS data integrity and recruitment reporting Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

What They're Looking For:

3-7+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills ATS experience and strong organizational abilities Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset Passion for mission-driven work is a huge plus
