Job Description

Sound Health and Wellness is a trauma-focused psychotherapy center offering a variety of modalities including EMDR, Mindfulness, CBT, and other Trauma- Focused Psychotherapeutic techniques. Sound Health and Wellness is a growing practice and is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant (20 hours/week). Responsibilities include but not limited to: Answer calls using a multi-line phone system Schedule and confirm appointments Collect and input client paperwork Clerical tasks and projects as needed Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, scanning, and filing documents Creating office supply orders and keeping office stocked Communicating with clients in a professional manner Other administrative tasks as needed
