Job Description:
The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-caliber technical and professional talent across BraunAbility's functional departments, while also supporting Production staffing needs as required. This role blends hands-on technical recruiting with proactive outreach and event coordination to build and sustain strong talent pipelines. The ideal candidate partners with hiring managers, engages with technical and professional communities, and maintains accurate, timely records. Essential Functions Recruitment & Sourcing
  • Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for specialized roles using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct structured phone and video screens to assess experience, technical fit, and alignment with company values.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, tech leads, and HR partners to understand role requirements, team needs, and success profiles.
  • Translate technical and business requirements into clear and compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach and screening through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate interview processes, including scheduling, communication, and timely feedback loops.
  • Support offer development and presentation, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external technical communities, professional associations, and networking groups to support ongoing pipeline development.
  • Plan, organize, and execute recruiting events such as job fairs, open houses, information sessions, and niche technical meetups or conferences.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, clearly articulating the company's mission, culture, and technical opportunities at all external-facing events.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through professional, timely, and consistent communication.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support efficient pipeline tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements in all candidate records and documentation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., pipeline volume, candidate engagement, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and event effectiveness).
  • Use insights from data to refine sourcing strategies and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage interview scheduling, assessments, background checks, and hiring paperwork in coordination with HR and hiring managers.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruiting workflows, templates, and tools. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of current recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to technical, professional, manufacturing, and engineering roles.
  • Experience working with an ATS and common sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, Workday).
  • Proficiency with Workday and MS Office (including Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work a standard Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.
m. - 5:00 p.m. schedule, with occasional evening or weekend events as needed. BraunAbility is an equal opportunity employer.
