Job Description
Position Summary The organization is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring operations at a corporate headquarters location and across field-based teams. This role is responsible for coordinating recruiting activities, maintaining accurate candidate data, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting hiring managers and HR leadership. Role and Responsibilities + Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate scheduling, and interview logistics + Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience + Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with position requirements + Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records + Manage multiple data points across recruiting systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency + Perform high-volume, accurate data entry related to candidate tracking, onboarding, and reporting + Coordinate candidate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and required documentation + Support onboarding processes, ensuring completion of all required new hire documentation, including employment eligibility verification + Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and hiring progress + Maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and recurring roles + Partner with hiring managers and HR to support workforce planning and hiring timelines + Coordinate with third-party staffing agencies and maintain effective working relationships + Assist with job postings, recruiting campaigns, job fairs, and hiring events + Communicate with candidates regarding application status, onboarding steps, and required documentation + Ensure compliance with federal, applicable state, and company hiring policies and procedures + Generate recruiting reports and provide data to support HR and operational decision-making + Provide administrative support to HR and recruiting functions as needed + Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and employee information at all times + Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs Qualifications and ExperienceRequired + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred + 1-3 years of recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative experience + Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms preferred + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred + Bilingual in English and Spanish + Experience supporting recruiting in construction, industrial, or multi-site environments + Familiarity with multi-state hiring practices Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
