Education/Certification Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, Human Resources or related field Experience requirements: 2+ years of relevant work experience Must have Talent Development experience Ability to design and implement training programs Strong facilitation skills for workshops Proficient in assessing training needs Knowledge of learning management systems preferred Experience in corporate settings preferred As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch. Pay Details:
