Tasting Room Team Member Tandem Ciders • Suttons Bay, MI • Part-Time, Year-Round About Tandem Ciders Tandem Ciders is a craft cidery rooted in Leelanau County, Michigan. We press and ferment locally grown fruit for cider lovers near and far. We serve our cider at our tasting room north of Suttons Bay. Our small, tight-knit team takes pride in the craft behind every batch, from fruit intake to the perfectly poured pint. Our customers appreciate the warm, friendly feel of our tasting room. The Role Tandem Ciders is looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our front of house team. The job includes knowing our line of ciders, cleaning and setting up the tasting room, preparing outdoor spaces, and serving customers which consist of long time regulars and first time visitors. The tasting room can be fast paced and very busy in the summer season. What You'll Do Current open shifts are Saturday, Sunday, and Mondays 11am - 7pm Clean and prepare the tasting room for service. Greet and serve customers cider, sodas, and food items Wash glasses and dishware. Clean and close the tasting room Stock ciders and supplies. Keep the tasting room clean, organized, and up to food safety standards Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and aware of alcohol service— this is a small team and everyone counts Able to follow written and verbal instructions carefully and consistently Comfortable with physical work: regularly lifting 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, extended time on your feet, and working with the public in a loud environment Valid driver's license preferred Prior experience in food service or alcohol service is a plus — but not required TIPS or TAMS certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
