Tax Accountant

Job DescriptionJob Description Lucia & Co., a full-service, boutique CPA firm with two offices located in the Inland Empire, provides high quality accounting, tax and business consulting services, with a commitment to customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a dedicated, self-motivated team player with 1+ years of recent public accounting experience. You will prepare tax returns for corporations, partnerships/LLCs, and individuals; complete complex tax research & planning; prepare financial statements; provide bookkeeping services; and assure tax compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 1+ years of recent public accounting experience including tax return preparation experience and knowledge of various accounting methods Strong general computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and client service skills Ability to interact professionally with clients and all levels of staff and get along with diverse personalities

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA license or EA certification highly preferred Proficiency with QuickBooks and/or professional tax software (UltraTax, Lacerte, CCH Axcess) Our atmosphere is casual, relaxed, family-oriented and fun, but productivity and dedication are expected.
