Tax Manager

Job DescriptionJob Description Lucia & Co., a full-service, boutique CPA firm with two offices located in the Inland Empire, provides high quality accounting, tax and business consulting services, with a commitment to customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a dedicated, self-motivated team player with 6+ years of recent public accounting experience to lead tax engagements, establish & manage client relationships, and train staff. You will review and prepare tax returns for corporations, partnerships/LLCs, and high-net worth individuals; complete complex tax research & planning; prepare financial statements; provide bookkeeping services and consultation; and assure tax compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CPA license or EA certification 6+ years of recent public accounting experience including reviewing all types of tax returns, preparation of complex returns, and knowledge of accounting methods and principles Strong general computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communication, leadership, organizational, analytical, and client service skills Ability to interact professionally with clients and all levels of staff and get along with diverse personalities Our atmosphere is casual, relaxed, family-oriented and fun, but productivity and dedication are expected.
