Tax Associate / Senior Tax Associate

A growing public accounting firm is looking to add a Tax Associate / Senior Tax professional with approximately 2-6 years of experience who is looking for broader exposure, mentorship, and long-term career growth. This firm intentionally develops professionals beyond repetitive tax preparation work and provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of public accounting.

Responsibilities:

Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns Assist with financial statement preparation Work directly with clients and support ongoing relationships Assist with tax planning and research Participate in bookkeeping and accounting projects Support multiple client industries and business @types Collaborate with leadership and team members

Qualifications:

2-6 years of public accounting experience CPA or CPA-track preferred Experience with tax preparation Strong communication skills Desire to continue learning and growing Team-oriented mindset
