Tax Credit/HUD Property Manager

Job description: We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a successful property management company in Winters, CA!

Compensation:

$24 - $26

Job Requirements:

Enforce rental agreement, collect monthly rent, security deposits, late charges, and tenant damages. Make bank deposits and mail journal sheets (with attached bank receipts, and any voided rent receipts to the management agent Make collection efforts to secure payment of past due rent, or damages Complete all paperwork, Rental Agreements, Tenant Certifications, Notices in an accurate and timely manner Distribute apartment application to prospective tenants and be responsible for screening and qualifying it Prepare necessary move-in and move-out inspection reports Maintain accurate records of all petty cash and expenditures, reimbursements, Operate and maintain all office equipment safely.

Job Qualifications:

Have high school diploma or equivalent Have valid driver's license 2-3 year previous experience in property management 2+ years experience in HUD/Section 8 HUGE plus if you're bilingual Spanish/English Must be able to pass a background screening Possess the ability to communicate with residents, supervisors, and vendors Must be punctual and self-starting
