$100,000 - $170,000 per year Job Details - We are on the hunt for a dynamic, experienced, and highly skilled Tax Manager (HNW) to join our fast-paced Accounting and Finance team. This role is integral to our business and requires an individual with a deep understanding of high net worth (HNW) individual tax compliance, trust and estate tax planning, and estate planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring all tax compliance obligations are met while providing sound and effective tax planning advice.
Responsibilities:
As our Permanent Tax Manager (HNW), you will be responsible for: 1. Managing and overseeing all aspects of tax compliance for a diverse portfolio of high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates. 2. Providing strategic tax planning advice tailored to each client's individual needs, taking into account their wealth and estate planning objectives. 3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions. 4. Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. 5. Staying abreast of the latest developments in tax law and regulations, ensuring our clients' tax strategies are optimized and compliant. 6. Leading and mentoring a team of junior tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. 7. Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement tax strategies and initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax role with a focus on high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates. 3. In-depth knowledge of tax compliance, trust and estate tax planning, and estate planning. 4. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 6. The ability to think strategically and provide innovative tax solutions that meet our clients' individual needs. 7. A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in tax law and regulations. 8. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
