Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic educational team as a Teacher Aide, where your enthusiasm and dedication will support the growth and development of young learners. In this vital role, you will work closely with lead teachers to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Your energy and commitment will help foster a love of learning while ensuring each child's individual needs are met. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children through hands-on support and collaboration. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans across subjects such as literacy education, math, and early childhood development. Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and facilitating a safe, respectful learning environment. Provide individualized attention to students, including those with autism or disabilities, to promote their social and academic growth. Help prepare classroom materials and assist with lesson planning to ensure engaging and effective instruction. Supervise children during activities, playtime, meals, and rest periods to ensure their safety and well-being. Support children's developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities in daycare or preschool settings. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative educational environment. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in classroom settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools is highly preferred. Knowledge of special education strategies, behavior management techniques, and curriculum development is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Ability to support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities. Experience in classroom management and lesson support for early childhood education programs. A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their growth through engaging activities.
