In this role, you will assist teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and providing personalized support to children with diverse needs. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create a positive, inclusive environment where every child can thrive academically and socially. Responsibilities Support teachers in delivering dynamic and age-appropriate lessons across subjects such as literacy, math, and social skills. Assist with classroom management to promote a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment. Provide one-on-one or small group support to children with special needs, including those with autism or disabilities. Help implement curriculum development strategies aligned with early childhood education standards, including Montessori or preschool frameworks. Support children's emotional and behavioral development through positive behavior management techniques. Aid in classroom organization, including preparing materials, setting up activities, and maintaining cleanliness. Communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and caregivers to ensure consistent support for each child's progress. Experience Prior classroom experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Experience working with individuals with autism or other disabilities is highly desirable. Familiarity with lesson planning, curriculum development, and behavior management strategies. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and students. Willing to train.

From $15.92 per hour
