Assistant Teacher - Skies the Limit @ Ft Meade VA Skies the Limit Academy , a federal government contractor, is seeking motivated, dependable, and compassionate Teacher Assistants to join our team at the Skies the Limit location located on the Ft Meade VA health campus. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about early childhood education who are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children while supporting military-connected families, employees, and community members.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of developmentally appropriate lesson plans, activities, and daily routines Assist in creating engaging learning experiences that meet the developmental needs, interests, and abilities of each child Employ age-appropriate teaching methods and positive classroom support strategies Foster a safe, nurturing, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Model professional communication and positive interactions with children, families, staff, and support personnel Support effective child guidance practices that promote social-emotional development and positive behavior Collaborate with lead teachers and administration to maintain strong classroom operations and program quality Participate in ongoing professional development, trainings, and program initiatives as required

Minimum Qualifications:
