Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated K-5 Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, fostering their social, emotional, and academic development. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education principles, including lesson planning and the use of innovative learning technologies. The Kindergarten Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure each child's needs are met in a private school setting. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of children. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. Utilize learning technology to enhance educational experiences and support student engagement. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and adjusting teaching strategies as needed. Create a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect and understanding among students. Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote healthy lifestyles. Collaborate with other educators and staff to support school-wide initiatives and events. Maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. Experience in childcare or teaching young children is highly desirable. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other progressive educational philosophies is a plus. Strong organizational skills for effective lesson planning and classroom management. Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively. Ability to utilize learning technology in the classroom setting. A genuine passion for working with children and helping them grow academically and socially.
