Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) - Full-Time | Windsor, VA Area | 2026-2027 School Year Soliant Education is seeking a full-time, onsite Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) to support students across the Suffolk, VA area. This is an itinerant position working throughout the district.

$35-$45/hour

Position Details:
Caseload of approximately 20 students (K-12) Provide itinerant services across the district Collaborate with an existing virtual TVI (onsite presence required; no additional virtual candidates at this time)
Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized instruction for students with visual impairments Develop, write, and implement IEPs Collaborate with related service providers and school staff Support student access to curriculum and independence skills
Requirements:
Virginia DOE License - Visually Impaired Students (required) Minimum 2 years of recent teaching experience Experience with IEP development and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
