Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Education, valid state Teaching license or certification, and 1+ years Teaching experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a General Education Teacher to support students from preschool through 5th grade in a school setting located in Endicott, WA. The position is contract-based, beginning ASAP and continuing through the end of the school year. This role involves a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, spread over 8 days per week, providing essential classroom instruction and support to a diverse group of young learners.
Qualifications:
Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate required Experience teaching preschool to 5th-grade students preferred Strong classroom management and instructional skills Ability to effectively engage and motivate students at varying developmental levels Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with curriculum standards Manage classroom activities and student behavior to create a safe, productive setting Assess student progress and communicate with families and staff as needed Collaborate with colleagues to support educational goals and student success
