  • July 2026 The School and Role A Primary School in Killingworth are seeking to employ a Teaching Assistant to join their experienced team from September. This is a large Primary School aiming to offer a stimulating, broad and balanced curriculum. The successful applicant would be flexible to work across a range of year groups from EYFS
  • KS2, offering general support and small group interventions. Prior experience is essential for this role. This is a full-time position, with potential to turn permanent. Requirements The desired Teaching Assistant will:
  • Have experience of working within
EYFS-KS2.
  • Hold a Level 2 Teaching Qualification or above.
  • Have an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a friendly and enthusiastic personality.
  • Have an ability to offer differentiated learning and support pupils with SEND.
