This is a hands-on outdoor position working alongside our experienced crew performing tree removal, pruning, and general tree care operations. Only 2 spots available to join our elite crew. Responsibilities Assist with tree trimming, pruning, and removals Support rigging and ground operations during tree work Safely operate and maintain equipment and tools Maintain a clean and safe job site Work as part of a team to complete daily tree care projects Requirements Physically strong and able to lift 75-100 lbs Valid Connecticut driver's license No outstanding criminal record Safety-minded and situationally aware Self-motivated individuals seeking a career in arboriculture Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Tryout Information Candidates must attend our Volunteer Tryout Day .
