Responsibilities Grade students' worksheets using answer books Assist students with questions when needed Help maintain a calm, positive, and organized classroom environment Support instructors with daily center operations Requirements Friendly and professional attitude Dependable and punctual Comfortable working with children Strong basic math and reading skills Reliable transportation Schedule Center is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday Typical shifts are from 4 PM to 7 PM Staff are not required to work all four days Once a schedule is selected, staff are expected to be consistent and dependable on their assigned days This position is year round Compensation Starting pay typically ranges from $8-12 per hour depending on experience and availability Opportunities for increased pay and responsibility after training Training provided.
