Responsibilities This is a full-time teaching faculty position with an emphasis on graduate-level teaching in behavior analysis courses for the Organizational Management and Communication Master's program and the Applied Behavior Analysis program. Teaching psychology/behavior analysis courses in the Organizational Management and Communication (OMC) Master's program. Teaching undergraduate courses in behavior analysis. Mentoring graduate students and providing administrative support to the master's program. Supporting the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program with clinical case study supervision. Engaging in service to the academic departments and FSU PC campus. Qualifications PhD or Professional Doctorate degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field with at least two years of university teaching experience. Candidates who are ABD are welcome to apply if degree completion is expected by start of position. Preferred Qualifications Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Experience leading an organization and managing staff. Experience conducting and overseeing applied research and mentoring student engagement with research and/or clinical projects. We especially seek candidates who have demonstrated the ability to teach high-quality courses at the university level.
