Job Description

Warren County Optimae is looking for a Team Leader for a site home for individuals with mental health needs. This position is a perfect for someone who loves to stay busy and have a new experience every day. Duties include managing appointments, meal planning, house cleaning, passing medications, transportation in the community, scheduling staff, oncall rotation and leadership. It's the best of both world as you are a supervisor and still provide direct support to those in need.
Pay:
$17.50 per hour
