Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Lead Person to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing and sanitation environment. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient handling of heavy equipment, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team dedicated to cleanliness and operational excellence. As a Team Lead Person, you will drive productivity, coordinate equipment use, and foster a positive work atmosphere that emphasizes safety, teamwork, and quality performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on setting where your leadership skills will directly impact operational success. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members involved in loader operation, garbage collection, and sanitation tasks Operate heavy machinery including excavators, front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, forklifts, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Ensure proper handling of materials through safe loading, unloading, and transportation processes Oversee cleaning routines to maintain cleanliness standards across the facility and work areas Monitor equipment maintenance needs and report issues promptly to minimize downtime Enforce safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and sanitation procedures Provide training and guidance to team members on equipment use, safety practices, and operational procedures Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as loaders, excavators, forklifts, front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, or garbage trucks in a manufacturing or sanitation environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and sanitation practices Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily operations Excellent communication skills for coordinating tasks and providing clear instructions Ability to perform routine cleaning duties as part of sanitation responsibilities Certification or training in heavy equipment operation is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is expected Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as needed Join us as a Team Lead Person where your expertise will steer our operations toward excellence!
