Team Lead/Sales Consultant/Health Coach

Join a Company That's Changing Lives Through Wellness! We are seeking a team member with leadership skills that is passionate and knowledgeable as a Sales Consultant/Health Coach to join our team! This role is key to being the point of contact in leading our team, supporting clients through their weight loss journey and/or wellness journey by providing education, coaching, and personalized support—while also helping to grow the practice through strong consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial sales consultations to educate and enroll clients into our program Provide assistance in leadership and team building, reporting to the office manager Provide personalized health coaching sessions based on our structured program Ensure clients stay on track to meet their weight loss and wellness goals Track, follow up, and convert incoming leads via phone, web, and in-person Maintain accurate and confidential client records and health progress Handle general administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, filing, and follow-up Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally—both in-person and over the phone Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, supportive client experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE

at least 1 year of experience in sales, nutrition, personal training, health coaching, exercise class instruction, or health and wellness Strong verbal and written communication skills with a talent for building rapport

MUST HAVE

experience with Google Suites (Drive, Docs, Gmail) and CRM software Passion for health and wellness and helping others succeed Strong follow-up and lead tracking skills—sales follow-through is a must! Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and highly accountable Ability to multi-task and manage responsibilities efficiently Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new tasks as needed
