Team Member

The Team Member is responsible for delivering a friendly, efficient, and positive experience to every customer at Papa Murphy's. This role includes taking customer orders, preparing pizzas, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, and supporting daily operations. Team Members are expected to follow all Papa Murphy's standards for food quality, customer service, and safety. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service. Accurately take customer orders in person and over the phone. Answer questions regarding menu items, specials, promotions, and baking instructions. Process cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system. Resolve basic customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Pizza Preparation & Line Duties Prepare pizzas according to Papa Murphy's recipes, portion standards, and build charts. Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality during food preparation. Keep the pizza preparation line clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service. Monitor ingredient freshness and notify management when supplies are low. Food Safety & Cleanliness Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Complete routine cleaning tasks including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and trash removal. Properly store food products and supplies according to company standards. Store Operations Support Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift. Support team members across all store functions during busy periods. Assist customers promptly to ensure efficient service and order accuracy. Complete end-of-day closing tasks, including: Cleaning equipment and food-prep areas Wiping down stations and counters Washing dishes Taking out trash Restocking items for the next shift Ensuring the store meets Papa Murphy's closing standards Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.

Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
