Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Assist in food preparation tasks, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
