Job Summary:

As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system (Aloha POS)
• Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers with precision
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations

Skills:

• Cash handling experience, including proficiency in operating cash registers
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is preferred
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
