Team Member Part-time Menchie's mission statement is "we make you smile". That smile is always present on Menchie's face and is there to remind us of the mission bestowed on each and every one of our team members. This mission is the road map to achieving our vision statement - "to make the Menchie's experience available to every guest all over the world as a legacy for generations to come". We are looking for Team Members with high energy and who can offer top-notch customer service. Team Member responsibilities include greeting customers with a smile and generally providing them with an awesome experience, as well as maintaining the cash registers, stocking machines and topping bins, and routinely cleaning the store so that it looks great at all times.
