Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to ensure a positive experience Operate POS systems such as POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Assist with food preparation tasks, including assembling orders, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring quality presentation Upsell menu items or products to enhance sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Support food industry operations by managing food handling procedures, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen or café activities Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurant, or retail environments is not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided if needed Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation practices, and food safety standards in the restaurant or grocery store setting Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not mandatory; a positive attitude and team spirit are key Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service while building your career in the vibrant food industry!
