What You'll Do Team Member Responsibilities:

Guest First:

Greet every customer with a smile and guide them through our menu (including our famous flavor-of-the-day shakes!).

Speed & Quality:

Prepare and deliver fresh food quickly, whether at the counter or through the drive-thru.

Cleanliness:

Maintain a "sparkling clean" restaurant—this includes the dining room, restrooms, and kitchen areas.

Collaboration:

Work with your teammates to solve problems and suggest new ideas to make our service even better. Team Leader Responsibilities (In addition to the above):

Shift Control:

Run great shifts self-sufficiently, ensuring orders are accurate and wait times are low.

Mentorship:

Train and coach new Team Members to reach "Best on the Block" standards.

Problem Solving:

Take initiative to resolve guest concerns and handle day-to-day operational hurdles.

Accountability:

Assist with opening/closing procedures and ensure all food safety and cleanliness standards are strictly followed.

Salaried Manager Responsibilities:

Leading and training: Develop amazing crew members. Inventory & cash control: Manage food orders, inventory counts, and ensure top-tier cash control.

Optimize productivity:

Overseeing crew scheduling.

Guest satisfaction:

Deliver +1 service and handle guest relations.

Maintaining equipment:

Keep up with the cleaning systems.

Admin:

Completing nightly ledgers and daily operational reports.

Requirements:

A positive, high-energy attitude (it's contagious!). Reliability—our community counts on us to be open and ready to serve. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (especially during the "ice cream rushes"). Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

For Team Leaders:

At least 1 year of experience in food service or retail leadership is preferred.

For Salaried Managers:

At least 2 years of experience managing employees in the fast food industry.
