We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional services to both Federal Agencies and commercial clients, specializing in management consulting, IT network administration, and cable installation. Summary We are seeking a Technical Administrator to join our dynamic team at CRW One Group. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and supporting our clients' needs. The Technical Administrator will be responsible for maintaining daily business operations to ensure office efficiency and productivity. Duties and Responsibilities Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image. Filter inbound calls for services to appropriate parties. Create and update trouble tickets according to customer needs Generate open ticket reports and coordinate with technicians to complete any remaining tasks, escalate and coordinate deployment of technicians as needed Reach out to customers to follow up once a ticket has been resolved or closed. This may include phone calls, emails, surveys, etc. Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities. Assist with development creative marketing materials. Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc. Participates as needed in special department projects. Overseeing the integration of new systems with existing ones and ensuring smooth transitions during upgrades and installations. Staying up to date with the latest technologies, evaluating new solutions, and providing expertise during system upgrades and installations. Coordinate task orders of field operation technicians and subcontractors working on special projects. Leading and directing resources in projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Manage client database and ensuring data security, implementing backup processes, and maintaining system integrity. Act as liaison for company and client activities and inquiries. Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, best practices, and documentation for IT staff and end-users. Identifying and resolving technical issues, both independently and as part of a team. Other duties as required or assigned Requirements Proven experience in system administration or a related field. Strong planning and organizational skills. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy, specifically MS Word for Windows. Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, Federal Express and UPS. Strong knowledge of software, hardware, networks, and operating systems. Ability to help plan and design marketing and business growth projects. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records. Understanding of information security best practices is essential. Provide excellent support and service to end-users. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
