Job Description

a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } We are seeking a detailoriented Technical Data Analyst to interpret complex data, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights that support informed decisionmaking across the organization. This role works closely with IT and business stakeholders , particularly within Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance , to understand data needs, assess existing data assets, and present findings in a clear, concise, and businessrelevant manner. The ideal candidate will have strong handson experience with Python, MySQL , Agile delivery, and deep domain knowledge in Claims Management and Commercial Lines Policy Administration . Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Insights Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions Interpret data related to Property & Casualty insurance , including claims and policy data Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple data sources Develop data summaries, dashboards, and reports for technical and nontechnical audiences Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with IT, business, and product stakeholders to gather and understand data and reporting requirements Review existing data assets and recommend improvements or new analytical approaches Translate business requirements into technical data analysis solutions Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and actionable format Technical & Tools Use Python for data analysis, automation, and data transformation Write and optimize MySQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and validation Work with structured datasets from enterprise systems related to Claims Management and Policy Administration Support data analysis activities within Agile/Scrum environments Governance & Quality Ensure adherence to data standards, best practices, and governance policies Document data definitions, assumptions, logic, and analytical methodologies Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying data gaps and process inefficiencies Required Skills & Experience Core Experience 8-10 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Technical Data Analyst Strong experience working with enterprise data environments Proven experience delivering insights in SLAdriven, businesscritical environments Technical Skills Python
