T echnical Project Manager - Data Center (White Space & Infrastructure) ???? West Texas (On-site) ???? Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of hyperscale data center projects across white space fit-out and core infrastructure in West Texas. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in mission-critical environments, capable of managing complex builds from design through commissioning. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of data center projects, including white space fit-out, MEP infrastructure, and commissioning Develop and manage integrated project schedules (design, procurement, construction, turnover) Oversee budget, cost control, and forecasting, including change order management Coordinate across civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning teams Manage contract lifecycle (RFP, bid analysis, vendor selection, close-out) Identify and mitigate critical path risks and long-lead equipment constraints (switchgear, transformers, chillers, etc.) Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and contractors Drive project reporting, governance, and executive-level updates Lead site teams including PMs, construction managers, and subcontractors Required Experience 8-12+ years of experience in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects Proven experience delivering white space and MEP infrastructure within data centers Strong understanding of: Electrical distribution systems (MV/LV, UPS, switchgear) Mechanical systems (cooling, HVAC, liquid cooling preferred) Experience managing fast-track, multi-million to billion-dollar projects Demonstrated success in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management Expertise in project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) Strong commercial acumen across contracts, procurement, and cost control
