Will assist with irrigation field operations during the 2026 irrigation season. This position involves transporting, carrying, laying out, and maintaining lay-flat hose systems in agricultural fields. Employees will report daily to the company hangar, travel with company crews to field sites, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. What's in it for you? Technical Field Worker Details:

Temporary position $20.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 06:00pm) Report daily to the company hangar for crew assignments and transportation to field locations Load, unload, transport, and carry lay-flat hoses and irrigation equipment into fields Assist with laying out, connecting, moving, and retrieving lay-flat irrigation lines Support irrigation setup, maintenance, and field operations as directed by supervisors Operate safely around pumps, tractors, utility vehicles, and other field equipment Inspect hoses and equipment for leaks, wear, or damage Maintain clean and organized work areas at field sites and the hangar Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines Work collaboratively with field crews to complete daily assignments efficiently

Technical Field Worker Qualifications:

Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work Capable of lifting, carrying, pulling, and moving heavy irrigation materials repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable working in agricultural environments and varying weather conditions Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work well in a team environment Valid driver's license preferred Previous irrigation, agriculture, construction, or outdoor labor experience is a plus but not required Must be able to lift 75lbs occasionally Must be able to stand 8-12 hours at a time Walk long distances across uneven terrain and muddy fields Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
